When you sign up an account in PubPower system, your account will be managed by an expert also called Account Manager. As how they are called, they have the authority to: 

  • Access to your PubPower account 
  • See your website advertising status
  • Use some adjusting tool in your account
As your account is under the Account Manager control and management, most of the time, you'll be working with them. It's their mission to:
  • Help you understand more about PubPower system
  • Provide information and solve questions requested by publisher
  • Offer advice on optimizing ads, propose solutions suitable to publisher websites
  • Support publisher in technical issues, processing, and maintenance.
  • Keep publisher up-to-date to industry trend.

In summary, Account Manager is assigned to help you control your PubPower account, also support and provide any information you need. Therefore, if you had any request, please contact directly to your assigned Account Manager, you can find their contact information in:

  1. Log in to your PubPower Account
  2. Your Account Manager will appear on the top right of your Dashboard.

3. Click on it to check their contact information
