Payment Terms

PubPower offers publishers two ways to receive their payments:

Net-0
(For revenue over 3000 USD/month)
Net-30
Publishers receive their payment for a month in the early days of the next month.
Publishers receive their payment for a month 30 days after the end of that month (a calendar month).

If your unpaid revenue hasn't reached the minimum threshold in a particular month, it will be carried over to the next month's payment until the threshold is met.

    Payment Circle:

    • Every month, the payment round occurs from the 1st to the 20th, and publishers receive their payments around those dates. For cryptocurrency-related payment methods, the payment round takes place from the 15th.

    • If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be made on the next business day. For instance, if the payment date is on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday. However, if Monday is a holiday in Vietnam, the payment will occur on Tuesday.

    Payment check

You can check your payment and invoice in the Payment tab

The following notes will help you correctly check your payment:

      • Period: the payment of revenue period.
      • Amount: the money you make in the period (not the money add-up with the previous unpaid payments).
      • Info: It will show the payment date of that period. If the payment is finished, the payment date will turn red, and the paid date will be shown below.
      • Status:
      1. Pending: Shown when it's not yet the payment date, the total unpaid revenue hasn't reached the minimum threshold, there are billing information errors preventing payment, or the publisher is suspended or banned.
      2. Approved: Indicates that the payment meets all requirements and is ready for processing.

      Declined payments

In some cases, if publishers are suspended or banned from the platform due to policy violations or invalid traffic, PubPower reserves the right to postpone or decline payments based on the severity of the situation.
